The Chairman of the Corporation Board is at the head of the management of the Calcutta State Transport Corporation. The Managing Director is the executive head. The administrative set-up under the Chairman and the Managing Director is more or less flat. All the heads of departments are responsible to and report directly to the Managing Director.
